DETROIT (AP) — A Chicago activist convicted of mendacity to get U.S. citizenship in Detroit is resisting a government request for a mental-fitness examination as she tries to overturn her conviction. Rasmea Odeh's (OH'-duh) conviction may be thrown out if a federal choose finds that testimony about put up-worrying stress disorder is reliable.
